Handweaving…another lifelong exploration. When I started weaving on a loom in 1976, I realized that some of the designs I was making came directly from the discoveries I made weaving potholders as a Brownie Scout. In between I had wrestled with the woven nautical knot known as a Turkshead, commonly referred to as a rope bracelet. Ultimately, I stayed with simple weaves structures, luxury fibers and a focus on color. These days, you will find me at the Camden Farmers Market in the summer, and I will post new pieces here as they come off my loom.
